The Citizens Advisory Board shall recommend a Comprehensive Plan to the Planning Commission of the City. The Commission shall, within sixty days thereafter, accept or reject, in whole or in part, the Plan and transmit it to Council in accordance with Section 10.06(b) of the City Charter. Subsequent to initial adoption of a Comprehensive Plan by Council, the Board shall maintain and refine the Plan and present an annual report of its findings and recommendations to the Commission. The disposition of this report shall be the same as stated above.
