(a) Council hereby creates a Charter Review Commission in accordance with Section 10.01 of the Charter.
(b) Appointments to the Charter Review Commission shall be made by the Mayor in accordance with the existing Charter.
(c) The Charter Review Commission shall, not later than July 1, 2010, present to the Clerk of Council its recommendations, if any, of alterations, revisions, or amendments to the Charter of the City.
(d) Upon receipt of such recommendations, Council shall submit to the electors, without change, any such proposed alterations, revisions, or amendments.
(e) Members of the Charter Review Commission shall serve without compensation.
(f) The Charter Review Commission shall cease to function on December 31, 2010.
