(a) The Civil Service Commission is hereby authorized to administer uniform physical and/or psychological tests to applicants for part-time employment with the City under the terms of new Rule XIII adopted by the Civil Service Commission and made a part of its permanent rules, a copy of which is attached to original Ordinance 47-90, passed April 10, 1990, and marked Exhibit "A", and the same is hereby incorporated herein as if fully rewritten herein.
(b) The forty-five day waiting period prescribed by Section 10.05(d) of the Charter is hereby waived.
