258.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

(a) Pursuant to Section 9.02 of the City Charter, there is hereby established a Department of Economic Development.

(b) The Department shall exist for the period of time that it serves a purpose and value under the mandates of this chapter. (Ord. 8-2000. Passed 3-14-00.)
