248.15 EXEMPTIONS TO THE AUTHORIZED PURCHASE PROCEDURE.
   Nothing in this chapter shall apply to purchases initiated by ordinance or resolution, or to expenditures otherwise provided for by these Codified Ordinances or other ordinances of the City.
