(a) There is hereby established in the Municipality the position of Public Grounds and Building Maintenance Man.
(b) The Public Grounds and Building Maintenance Man shall be a full-time position subject to the civil service provisions of the City Charter and the appointment to such position shall be made by the Mayor, with the consent of Council.
(c) The duties of the Public Grounds and Building Maintenance Man shall be as determined by the Service Director or the Service Supervisor.
(d) The salary for the Public Grounds and Building Maintenance Man shall be as determined from time to time by Council. (Ord. 115-88. Passed 1-10-89.)
