(a) There is hereby established a corps of River Park Rangers, which shall consist of volunteers who shall not receive compensation to surveil River Park.
(b) The corps of the River Park Rangers shall be administered as an informal auxiliary until of the Police Department under the supervision of the Chief of Police.
(c) Rules governing the corps of River Park Rangers shall be formulated, revised as needed, and observed as a condition for a given volunteer to be permitted to remain as a member of such corps. (Res. 114-84. Passed 11-26-84.)
