(a) A deposit fund, to be known as the Police and Fire Pension Fund, is hereby established.
(b) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to seek approval from the Bureau of Inspection and Supervision of Public Offices of the State to establish the Police and Fire Pension Fund.
(c) The Police and Fire Pension Fund shall be funded by the deposit of money received from the County Auditor.
(d) The Police and Fire Pension Fund shall be used to pay for expenses incurred by the police and fire pension.
