Council hereby adopts the revised investment policy attached as Exhibit A to original Ordinance 47-2002, as the written investment policy of the City for purposes of Chapter 135 of the Ohio Revised Code, and declares this investment policy shall govern the investment practices of the City so as to ensure that the City’s funds are invested in a manner that furthers its investment objectives within the confines of the law.
