232.04 COMPENSATION OF LAW DIRECTOR.

The base compensation of the Law Director, as established by Council, excluding matters involving litigation or developers deposits, shall be payable to the Law Director monthly in the form of a salary after deduction for PERS and Federal, State and City taxes.
