230.02 TELEPHONE SERVICE.

The City shall provide the Mayor with additional telephone service at his or her residence for the purpose of carrying on Municipal business, or shall, at the Mayor's option, pay the entire telephone bill incurred by the Mayor for his or her personal residence.
