Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, a violation of any provision of this Chapter may constitute a basis for disciplinary action including \Vritten warning, reprimand, suspension, demotion, removal from office or termination of employment or position, and may also constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor punishable by up to S250.00 fine and/or thirty (30) days jail.
