Beginning in the centerline of Columbia Road at its intersection with the northerly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence from said place of beginning, along the corporation line of said Village of Olmsted Falls, the following described courses:
Easterly to a point in the West Branch of Rocky River;

Thence from said place of beginning westerly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Pineway Drive;
Thence southerly, along the centerline of Pineway Drive and the southerly prolongation thereof, to a point in the southerly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence westerly, along said southerly corporation line, to its intersection with the westerly corporation line of said Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence northerly, along the westerly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls, to its intersection with a northerly corporation line of said Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence along the northerly and westerly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls to the centerline of Columbia Road;

Thence from said place of beginning, northerly and northeasterly along the corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls, to the Ohio Turnpike;
Thence easterly, along the Ohio Turnpike, to the centerline of Columbia Road;
Thence southerly, along the centerline of Columbia Road, to the center line of Sprague Road; said center line of Sprague Road being also the Southerly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence westerly along the centerline of Sprague Road and said southerly corporation line to the place of beginning, be the same more or less.

Situated in the Village of Olmsted Falls, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Olmsted Township Tract No. 3, being further described as follows:
Beginning in the centerline of Columbia Road at its intersection with the north line of Tract No. 3;
Thence from said place of beginning, southerly along the centerline of Columbia Road, to its intersection with the westerly prolongation of the south line of Metropolitan Subdivision, Proposed;
Thence easterly, along said southerly prolongation and the southerly line of Metropolitan Subdivision, Proposed, to the West Branch of Rocky River;
Thence northerly, along said West Branch of Rocky River to its intersection with the northerly line of Tract No. 3;
Thence easterly, along the northerly line of Tract No. 3, to the northeasterly corner thereof; said northeasterly corner being also a northeasterly corner of the Village of Olmsted Falls;
Thence southerly, along the easterly corporation line of the Village of Olmsted Falls, to a point in the northerly corporation line of the City of Berea;
