§ 3.08.020 USE FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES.
   By authority of KRS 96.200, which states the City Council can apply profit from utilities to various city needs, that 10% of profits from all utilities be placed in a fund expressly marked capital expenditures for the purchase of equipment needed to make the city a more desirable community.
