(A) The city agrees to voluntarily participate and cooperate in the Managed Care Program of the KLC Trust that is to be provided by the Bluegrass Occupational Health Network (BOHN) under contract to the KLC Trust.
(B) The city agrees to voluntarily participate in the Managed Care Program of the KLC Trust for the period effective July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997, and thereafter unless canceled by action of the city.
(C) The city will not incur additional cost relative to its participation in the Managed Care Program of the KLC Trust, but will receive an additional 5% premium discount on the cost of its worker’s compensation for the period of July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997.
