§ 2.52.050 ADOPTION OF THE CITY POLICE DEPARTMENT STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE MANUAL.
   (A)   The manual prepared and reviewed by the Police Department Committee and presented to the City Council on January 11, 1994 shall be the standard operating procedure for the Police Department.
   (B)   This section shall take effect after its passage and upon publication.
