(A) The City Fire Department Standard Operating Procedures Manual as presented before said Council on September 14, 1993, shall be adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein, accepted, and implemented as the rules, regulations, and standards by which all employees of the City Fire Department shall abide.
(B) The contents of said standard operating procedures manual shall not be altered, modified, voided, or amended in any way, except upon prior approval by majority vote of the City Council.
(C) The adoption of the above described standard operating procedures manual shall revoke any rule, regulation, or standard previously adopted by the City Council which is in contradiction with or adverse to the rules, regulations, or standards contained in said standard operating procedures manual.
