(A) All FADE Task Force officers will be compensated a minimum standard pay rate which is determined by the FADE Task Force Board of Directors.
(B) All agencies which assign officers to the FADE Task Force shall increase the salary of said officer to the minimum standard pay rate of the FADE Task Force during the officer’s tenure with the Task Force.
(C) The regular salary and the increase paid to the officer by the agency will be reimbursed by the Commonwealth Justice Cabinet and the FADE Task Force.
(D) This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption, readoption, and publication as required by law.
