§ 2.48.010 FIRE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF.
   (A)   The Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
   (B)   The Assistant Fire Chief shall be appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council.
   (C)   The Fire Chief and the Assistant Fire Chief’s duties shall be to properly administrate, organize, and operate the City Fire Department.
   (D)   This section shall become effective upon passage and publication.
