§ 17.04.500 WATER SUPPLY AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL.
   No dwelling can be constructed without a water supply and sewage disposal facilities which have been approved by the County Health Department. Wherever there are water and sewer mains, buildings shall be connected to such mains. In every case, individual water supply and sewage disposal must meet the requirements set by the county Health Department, the city’s Water and Sewer Department Superintendent and, where required, the Commonwealth Plumbing Inspector. A certification showing approval of proposed and/or completed water and sewerage facilities must accompany applications for building permits and certificates of occupancy.
