§ 2.44.040 PERFORMANCE OF WORK IN VIOLATION OF ORDINANCES WHEN ORDERED TO DO; REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
   Any employee that is ordered to perform work he or she believes, or knows that, is in violation of any of the city ordinances, and he or she performs such work in fear of being reprimanded or fired from his or her job, shall/must have such orders and who ordered them placed in writing or printed/typed and signed by the employee who performs such work, and a copy sent to each Council member within 48 hours of such an action, in order to possibly avoid being fined.
