   The following zoning district classifications are established for the city:
   (A)   A-1 Agricultural and Forest;
   (B)   R-1 Residential - Single-Family;
   (C)   R-la Residential - Single-Family, Small Lot;
   (D)   R-2 Residential - Multi-Family;
   (E)   B-1 Business - General;
   (F)   B-2 Business - Downtown (Central) Business District I-1; and
   (G)   General Industrial.
