§ 2.40.010 USE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No city-owned or leased vehicle shall be taken outside the city limits of the city unless on official city business.
   (B)   No city-owned or leased vehicle shall be taken home by any employee residing outside the city limits of the city.
   (C)   No city-owned or leased vehicle shall be used for personal or private endeavors.
