Workers shall sign a waiver of liability and will only be assigned to duties such as garbage collection, pickup of litter, and sweeping along roadways, streets, or any other city-owned property or rights-of-way; cutting of grass and brush, painting, janitorial services, including cleaning of buildings (including windows); washing of vehicles or any other renovation work that would enhance or utilize those skills demonstrated by the worker.
