The City Clerk shall write the District Judge and Circuit Judge of the county. He or she shall mail each a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter and request a list of available manpower and times they are available for a scheduled work assignment. The Clerk shall set up a line of communication with the Court system in order to allow for an orderly coordination of the workforce.
