§ 15.04.150 PLACEMENT OF LOCAL ACCESS TELEVISION (LAT) FACILITIES WITHIN PUBLIC BUILDINGS.
   (A)   Local Access Television (hereinafter referred to as “LAT”) facilities shall be placed and maintained only within a public building which is readily and openly accessible by all members of the public.
   (B)   This section shall be made effective after its passage and upon publication.
