(A) Mobile homes currently existing in city limits may be replaced with another, newer and aesthetically pleasing mobile home.
(B) Any person wishing to replace a mobile home with the newer mobile home must first obtain a permit from the city.
(C) The city may refuse to issue a permit if it deems the proposed mobile home is not in good condition or otherwise unfit to be within city limits.
(D) The new mobile home must be replaced within six months. The city will deny a permit in the event the mobile home is not replaced within this time.
