§ 15.04.060 COMPLIANCE WITH STANDARDS AND CODES; RESPONSIBILITY; INSPECTION; PARKING.
   A builder, contractor, or private citizen erecting a structure shall be responsible for complying with the standards and city codes, and must provide off-street parking ample for all employees or private parking. An observatory inspection will be conducted regularly by city engineers, city manager, or appointed qualified city official.
