§ 13.28.050 AGRICULTURE OPERATIONS.
   All persons who spill a hazardous material into the environment in any amount that equals or exceeds the amount listed in the EPA’s List of Lists shall report the spill to the emergency phone number listed in § 13.28.040(B).
