§ 13.24.060 CITY TO RETAIN EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS.
   (A)   The city retains exclusive right to determine the amount of pickups per week as it deems appropriate for any customer.
   (B)   The city retains the exclusive right to require a commercial customer to purchase a dumpster at its own expense at a size to be determined by the city.
