§ 13.24.020 LIMITATION OF SERVICE.
   (A)   Garbage service by the city shall be mandatory for all residential, commercial, and institutional customers within the city limits.
   (B)   Garbage service by the city shall be an option offered to residential and commercial customers outside of the city limits (when feasible for the city).
   (C)   The city shall monitor pickups twice a year and rates will be adjusted accordingly.
