(A) (1) Customers requesting a security light must furnish their own utility pole unless the city has a utility pole available for that purpose.
(2) The monthly charges for security lights shall be as follows.
150-watt light 150-watt light | $12 per month $14 per month | If utility pole is furnished by the customer If utility pole is furnished by the city |
400-watt light 400-watt light | $21 per month $24 per month | If utility pole is furnished by the customer If utility pole is furnished by the city |
(B) These rates shall go into effect immediately upon adoption by City Council and publication.
