§ 13.20.090 RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEGITIMACY OF SERVICE ENTRANCE.
   (A)   All customers are responsible for the legitimacy of their own service entrance.
   (B)   If such service entrance is found to be wired in such a way as to steal electrical service or the metering device has been tampered with, turned upside down, or bypassed, such customer may be charged with theft of service under KRS 514.060 and cited in County Court.
   (C)   Such service shall then be disconnected until the case is heard in court. In any event, such customer shall be charged with the normal reconnect fee before service is restored.
