(A) (1) If major reworking of any service entrance is required to be safe or to be adaptable to proper metering, then the customer shall be notified officially by the city utility billing office or the City Clerk.
(2) Such customer will be permitted 30 days to rework his, her, or its service entrance.
(B) If the customer fails to rework the service entrance, then the service shall be disconnected until such time as the service entrance has been reworked and inspected by the Commonwealth Electrical Inspector.
(C) Such customer shall be charged a reconnect fee. If hardship is noted, the customer may be granted an additional 30 days to comply if they send a letter of intent.
