§ 13.20.060 NEW CUSTOMERS; PAYMENT FOR METERING DEVICES AND REWORK OF SERVICE ENTRANCE REQUIRED.

All new customers shall be required to pay for their own metering devices at a rate equal to the basic cost of the meter and/or any basic rework of the service entrance.
