§ 13.20.030 SINGLE-PHASE COMMERCIAL OR INDUSTRIAL CUSTOMER NOT ABOVE 5,000 KWH PER MONTH; DEMAND METERING REQUIRED.
   Any single-phase commercial or industrial customer that is not above 5,000 kwh of electricity for any single month of a calendar year shall have demand metering devices.
