To ensure prevention of damage to the newly installed city natural gas line distribution system in the future, no person, corporation, or other legal entity shall disturb, or cause to be disturbed, by digging or otherwise, the city gas line distribution system without having:
(A) First given at least 72 hours’ advance notice to the city of intent to disturb;
(B) Having contacted the state call number, of which the city shall be a member, for the purpose of ascertaining the specifications of the pipeline as well as all other pertinent data; and
(C) Securing permission to disturb from the city.
