The City Clerk will see that a Depreciation Sinking Fund shall be established (if not so already), and that a minimum amount of 7% of the revenue collected per month is placed in this interest-bearing account for the express purpose of major repairs of the garbage truck and/or for the purchase of garbage trucks.
