(A) The price of water bought at the City Maintenance Building is to be $0.25 per 50 gallons.
(B) If at any time, the water at the city’s reservoir drops to a level three feet below the overflow, water will not be sold at the maintenance building.
(C) Monitoring of the water level will be the responsibility of Water Plant employees, who will contact the city utilities foreman when its level drops to the cut-off point.
(D) Signs will be posted stating the price of water and whether it can be purchased.
