§ 2.24.010 ESTABLISHMENT AS SEPARATE UTILITY.
   (A)   The City Sanitation Department shall no longer be a part of the general government of the city.
   (B)   The City Sanitation Department shall be a separate utility of the city and it shall be the duty of the City Clerk to take all necessary actions to establish the utility, and to turn over to the City Utilities Clerk all necessary information to carry out the functions of the Sanitation Department as a utility.
