(A) (1) Rates or charges for sewer service shall be based insofar as possible upon the quantity of water supplied to the respective buildings or premises under the preceding schedule, and the total monthly charge to each customer for sewer service shall be an amount equal to 65% of the respective water bills of such customers.
(2) The minimum monthly bill for sewer service to customers inside the city limits shall be $3 and the minimum monthly bill for sewer service to customers outside the city limits shall be $4.50; and each sewer customer shall be entitled in each month to discharge water into the municipal sewer system based upon water usage of 2,000 gallons or less for such respective minimum sewer charges.
(B) Customers within the city limits who have swimming pools to not be charged a sewer rate for cost of water used to fill their swimming pools up to a maximum volume of 5,000 gallons providing proper documentation is filled with the city.
