§ 2.20.080 SUPERVISION.
   (A)   Auxiliary police officers, while under the direct supervision of the Auxiliary Supervisor, are under the control of the Mayor and Chief of Police pursuant to Kentucky Revised Statues and this code of ordinances.
   (B)   All patrolling auxiliary officers must be accompanied and supervised by either a full-time police officer or a police officer who has successfully completed the training required by the Commonwealth Law Enforcement Bureau of Training, unless such auxiliary officer has successfully completed all training required by the Department of Criminal Justice; in which case the trained auxiliary member may be used as a regular officer at the discretion of the Chief of Police.
