§ 2.20.070 SEMINARS.
   All applicants are to be given a seminar by the supervising police officer covering subjects including, but not limited to, the following: laws of arrest; search and seizure; and firearms. Said seminar shall be given prior to auxiliary police officers assuming police authority.
