§ 10.12.020 PARKING IN FRONT OF WALKERS GRILL.

   The city will keep parallel parking in front of Walkers Grill and allow a lane equal to four parallel parking spaces for pick-up orders only. Vehicles must be occupied when in the pick-up lane and a reasonable amount of time allowed for order and pick-up. Any vehicle left vacant in the pick-up lane will be subject to a ticket or towing.

§ 10.12.030 BULL PEN AREA.

   The city will provide parking areas in “bull pen” areas and designate entrance and exit routes and angle of vehicles to be parked therein. Also, the city will designate portions of bull pen areas for unloading and loading of delivery trucks.

§ 10.12.040 PARKING IN OLD RAILROAD BED; SPEED LIMIT ON RAILROAD STREET.

   (A)   With the agreement of First National Bank, a parking area will be designated on old railroad bed for business owners and employees and citizens living in apartments who wish to utilize such parking. This parking area will be lighted and patrolled for maximum security.

   (B)   The speed limit on Railroad Street is 15 mph.
