(A) It shall be a violation for any person, firm, or corporation to leave any vehicle unattended or inoperative on any city street or public right-of-way for a period of time longer than two hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday.
(B) The city may impound a vehicle parked upon a street or public way within the city in violation of the parking regulations disclosed in this section.
(C) All fines, penalties, towing, handling, and storage charges herein imposed shall be paid by the vehicle owner.
