§ 10.08.010 DOUBLE PARKING.
   (A)   Parking a vehicle in such a way that is double parked or the front of the vehicle is headed in the direction against the flow of traffic in the lane in which it is parked is a violation of this section.
   (B)   Violations pursuant to this section shall be punishable by a fine of $5.
