(A) It is unlawful and a violation of this section for any person, firm, or corporation to deposit or throw upon the public streets, sidewalks, alleys, or any public place within the city any litter or waste materials, which includes paper or bottles.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating this section shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $50, and each act shall be considered a separate offense.
