The Commonwealth Standards of Safety (Fire Prevention Code), as promulgated in 815 KAR 10:060 by the Commissioner of the Department of Housing, Buildings, and Construction, on the advice and recommendation of the Commonwealth Fire Marshal, is hereby adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
