(A) The city, through its employees or officers, will make application for participation in the Commonwealth Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund Training Incentive Program as soon as practicable after the adoption of the ordinance codified in this section.
(B) If accepted for participation in the Fund, the city, its employees, and officers shall comply with all provisions of KRS 15.410 through 15.510, the general conditions contained in the application, and such further rules, regulations, and policies as may be reasonably prescribed by the Commonwealth Department of Justice.
