§ 6.04.040 COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW.
   It is the intent of this chapter to comply with all applicable state laws, including, but not limited to, KRS Ch. 258, so as to assure that the city can obtain and rely upon the services of the County Dog Warden in the apprehending, maintenance and, if necessary, disposal of any animals not properly restrained within the city.
